Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

About the role

This position is focused on pre-litigation with a well-established plaintiff's firm that is actively growing. Practice areas include personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the California bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1 year of personal injury experience
• Must be willing to work at volume (the firm is a volume firm)
• Must be open to some trial work down the line

Pay

$180,000 - $220,000 per year
