Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases independently while working collaboratively within a team of senior litigators.
• Handle high-stakes litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Perform legal research, writing, and advocacy.

Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of litigation experience, ideally with complex personal injury or catastrophic injury matters.
• Strong trial and courtroom experience (first-chair trial experience is a plus).
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• California Bar admission in good standing (or ability to become admitted).

Pay

$200,000 - $275,000 per year
