What You'll Do
- Client Communication & Advocacy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their case.

- Medical Coordination
- Coordinate medical treatment and appointments with healthcare providers.
- Maintain communication with providers regarding records, treatment updates, and billing information.
- Identify potential issues that could impact case progression.
- Case Management
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.
- Collect and review medical records, billing documentation, and supporting evidence.
- Aid in preparing demand packages and settlement documentation.
- Track case milestones and proactively move cases toward resolution.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with attorneys, negotiators, and support staff.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
- Ensure all case information is accurately documented within the case management system.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury claim process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
- Experience with Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Litify, or similar platforms.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
- Experience handling pre-litigation cases.
