Case Manager

About the role

The Case Manager is responsible for managing all pre-litigation claims files from date assigned through resolution or transfer to litigation. The case manager ensures the client's overall experience with our firm is excellent by properly handling each case according to attorney instruction and firm procedures. Supports and exhibits the firm's brand promise, culture, and non-negotiable traits.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor to firm employees and clients
• Multi-tasks and handles tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public
• Clearly communicates with clients and coordinates medical treatment and diagnostics as instructed by the attorney
• Makes meaningful, forward-moving updates to the client portal at least every 30 days
• Understands auto insurance policies and coverages and properly confirms all applicable coverages
• Accurately records all necessary information in Litify
• Orders medical records and invoices as needed and properly records each in Litify
• Completes comprehensive medical records summaries
• Drafts demands
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Case Management
