The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach. The resort features over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Manage guest communications, including receiving and delivering messages, mail, packages, and faxes
• Support VIP guests by facilitating seamless registration and elevated service
• Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging use of hotel services and programs

Schedule

Full-time, various shifts — must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The pay rate for this role is $24.50 per hour, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
