About the role
As an Overnight In-Room Dining Server, you’ll brighten guests’ stays by delivering food and beverage orders with an upbeat, friendly attitude. You’ll create memorable experiences that spread the light and warmth of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Delight guests with a friendly attitude and proactive service to make their meal experience special
- Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
- Assist with order-taking and respond to room service phone calls
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms or meeting rooms
- Present checks, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
