About the role
This position offers assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and participation in community activities at Southminster Place, a vibrant senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Assists residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Serves meals or monitors eating/drinking habits
- Accompanies residents to activities and assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitors and reports on resident's health status, including changes in condition
- Administers and documents medications according to the Medication Administration Cycle
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Completed certification in Dementia Care and DHS Direct Care training
- Obtained and maintained certification in Medication Administration, CPR, and first aid
Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Pay
$15.25-$19.44 per hour, depending on shift and experience.
Schedule
Part-time, casual positions with 2 shifts per week.
