Personal Care Assistant (PCA) 500 SIGN ON BONUS
About the role
Eminence Home Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate and supportive care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have previous caregiving experience and be able to assist with various daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare meals and feed clients
- Provide medication reminders and help clients stay on schedule
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Accurately document all interactions and activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Run errands as needed
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
- Verification of professional references
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
