Personal Care Assistant, Full time 11pm-7am

This full‑time position is located at Oakleaf Village, 4220 North Holland Sylvania Rd., Toledo, Ohio, working 11 pm–7 am with a pay rate of $16/hour plus shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provide physical resident care including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Answer call lights in a timely manner and respond to resident and/or family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other community functions.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized and self‑motivated to do a great job for residents.
• CPR Certified.
• Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co‑workers, residents, family members, and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.
