Personal Care Assistant, Part time 11pm-7am

About the role

Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver at Oakleaf Village, 4220 North Holland Sylvania Rd., Toledo, Ohio. Part‑time schedule 11 pm–7 am.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provide physical resident care including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, toileting).
• Answer call lights in a timely manner and respond to resident and/or family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other community functions.
• Lift, turn, and re‑position residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certified.
• Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.

Skills

• Organized and self‑motivated to do a great job for residents.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co‑workers, residents, family members and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Pay

$16/hour plus shift differential.
