Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, introducing new products, services, and digital solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and provide financial and credit services.
- Assist other departments as needed, fostering rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.
- Operate as an effective communicator, motivating others and responding to their needs.
- Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines and policies.
- Utilize technology such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops to enhance client interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
- 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate and motivated self-starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
Work Environment
We prioritize people as our greatest asset, making decisions efficiently, fairly, and locally. Associates may need to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise, and hold hands and arms overhead for certain tasks. Flexible scheduling is available as business needs allow, with occasional overtime (typically no more than 5%).
