About the role
As a Relationship Banker I, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and clients
- Introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options
- Providing comprehensive financial and credit services
- Aiding other departments as needed
- Maintaining a high level of client service and rapport
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will involve:
- Communicating effectively and motivating team members
- Handling detailed tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Maintaining and updating guidelines, structures, and policies
- Assisting with various tasks as required
- Supporting other departments as needed
- Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor with all colleagues and clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
- Six months or more of successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to think logically and make sound decisions
- The capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with various computer and software systems
- The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
Desired Skills
