About the role

As a Relationship Banker I, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships. Your responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and clients
• Introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions
• Demonstrating a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options
• Providing comprehensive financial and credit services
• Aiding other departments as needed
• Maintaining a high level of client service and rapport

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will involve:

• Communicating effectively and motivating team members
• Handling detailed tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Maintaining and updating guidelines, structures, and policies
• Assisting with various tasks as required
• Supporting other departments as needed
• Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor with all colleagues and clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
• Six months or more of successful sales experience
• Bilingual language skills
• A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• The ability to think logically and make sound decisions
• The capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with various computer and software systems
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending

Desired Skills
