Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively to motivate and support others while addressing their needs.
  • Handle detailed tasks quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines.
  • Uphold and reinforce bank guidelines, structure, and policies.
  • Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, including developing relationships with business partners and clients.
  • Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using tablets, smartphones, and laptops.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and provide a broad range of financial and credit services.
  • Assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and associates, and treat everyone with respect.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills

  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.

This role may require physical tasks such as grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, raising, and holding hands and arms overhead. Associates may need to work overtime (typically no more than 5%) and have flexible scheduling based on business needs.
