About Us

Common sense has never been common. If it were, the world would be a different place—things would run smoothly and on time, people would do what they say and say what they do, and everything would be fair without unnecessary small talk. At our company, we believe banks should only sell you what you need. Our bankers see clients as individuals—dads, moms, graduates, or business owners—not just numbers. We focus on the basics: Relationships, Fairness, and Simplicity.

When you join our team, you have the opportunity to make an impact beyond our walls. We are committed to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, promoting growth, revitalization, and sustainability in the communities we serve through banking relationships, investing, grants, and volunteerism. These values are key to building a successful organization and a positive, results-driven culture. We strive to ensure all associates feel welcome and empowered at work.
