Responsibilities
- Work as an individual contributor with clear direction, established processes, and minimal dependence on others.
- Provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions.
- Process account transactions while working toward individual and banking center sales and service goals.
- Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and associates.
- Adhere to guidelines, structure, and policies to deliver accurate work.
- Treat others with respect and consideration, regardless of status or position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
- 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate and motivated self-starter.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
