About the role

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients' personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of sales revenue and achieving the sales targets of the store.
  • Welcome and advise clients to provide them with an exceptional experience.
  • Share product expertise with clients.
  • Show initiative and boldness in suggesting complementary products.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and loyalty of clients by building privileged and lasting relationships.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the store.
  • Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, customer service, and stock management.
  • Master and adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the digital evolution of the House.
  • Embrace the Jacquemus spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

Requirements

  • High sensitivity to product and fashion.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector, ideally with luxury handbags.
  • Ability to understand and exceed client needs to deliver the best possible experience.
  • Experience transitioning pre-existing client follow-ups and absorbing reassigned boutique clients.
  • Taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
  • Initiative, sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
  • Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00. Final compensation may vary based on experience.

Schedule

3 days per week.
