Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle by creating and managing detailed timelines, trackers, and workflows.
- Monitor daily activities and project health, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep deadlines on track.
- Lead project status meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, and ensure all action items are documented and assigned.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define project goals, resource requirements, and success metrics.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure total alignment.
- Manage project budgets and communicate any budget or resourcing needs.
- Work with production and account management to inform the client of any cost implications or budget overages.
- Work with division leads to assess resource needs and help prioritize tasks across the team.
- QA and review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements before final delivery and trafficking.
- Implement and refine project management best practices and tools to improve team efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to Associate Project Managers, helping to delegate tasks and oversee their professional growth.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture key learnings and identify opportunities for future improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of project management or production experience, specifically within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
- Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and focused under tight deadlines.

Pay
Annual Compensation: $75K - $90K (commensurate with experience)
