About the role
As a Client Advisor in our New York, Soho office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also assist in promoting the brand and driving sales through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Manage client accounts, including account reconciliation and reporting.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive sales and brand promotion.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to achieving department goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
