CUSTOMER RELATIONS
- Greet customers in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a positive mood.
- Listen and identify the needs of customers through your customer service skills.
- Create trusting relationships by building customer loyalty.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals.
STOCK
- Follow-up and manage the stock (reception of goods, rotating inventories, rebalancing requests, etc).
- Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Ensure the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises.
- Participate actively in the implementation and rotation of the Visual Merchandising plan.
Pay
Salary range: 21/22 usd per hour + commissions on individual sales
Job requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
- You are positive, dynamic, involved, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong sense of customer service and are committed to satisfying your customers' needs.
- You have a strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of the sector and its trends.
- A second language is a plus!
