Position Overview
As a Client Advisor, you play a key role in delivering an extraordinary client experience and driving the performance of our CHIMI Brand Space in New York. Together with a team of forward-minded, dedicated, and energetic colleagues, you will contribute to sales performance, CRM and clienteling activities, and daily store operations — always acting as a local brand ambassador. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maximize store results, build long-lasting client relationships, and strengthen CHIMI’s presence in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding client experience and actively drive sales performance.
- Work proactively with CRM and clienteling to build long-term client relationships.
- Support in achieving store sales and KPI targets
- Take ownership of personal KPI targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing CHIMI with authenticity and professionalism.
- Support visual merchandising to ensure the store is always organized and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Participate in local community-building activities, partnerships, and in-store events.
- Assist with deliveries, stock control, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Follow operational routines, cash handling, security, and health & safety guidelines.
- Share insights and feedback with the store and HQ teams to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or client-facing roles is required.
- Experience in optical sales is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining focus on the client experience.
- A collaborative team player who leads by example and takes ownership of results.
