Client Advisor (part-time)
About the role
We are looking for a part-time Client Advisor for our Acne Studios Geary Street store. As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute omni-channel services
- Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, tending to all details and providing the best-in-class client experience
- Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
- Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory
Who you are
- Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
- Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
