About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, managing inventory, and assisting with store operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
