About the role
The Store Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores in the Miami Design District. This includes managing staff, ensuring store compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service to customers.
- Manage and train store staff to meet operational and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve store performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay
