About the role

The Store Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores in the Miami Design District. This includes managing staff, ensuring store compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service to customers.
  • Manage and train store staff to meet operational and customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve store performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay

$18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
