Job Summary
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for a full-time position in an in-office setting at Waldorf, MD. The position offers a salary range of $72,500-$93,600 per year.
About the Role
The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the rehabilitation program, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established protocols. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the rehabilitation program and ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure the quality of care provided to patients.
- Manage staff and resources to meet department goals.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation facility.
- Current license to practice in the state of Maryland.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a team and developing policies and procedures.
