Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation at their nursing home in Franconia, NH. This full-time position offers a salary range of $79,000 - $112,000, 40 hours per week, and a weekend rotation.
About the Role
The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the rehabilitation program, ensuring all patients receive the highest quality of care. They will collaborate with other departments to enhance patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care at the facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the rehabilitation program to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure all staff members are trained and competent in providing rehabilitation services.
- Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation capacity.
- Current licensure in the state where the facility is located.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation.
