About the role

The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the rehabilitation program, ensuring that all residents receive appropriate and effective care. This includes collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation capacity
• Current licensure/certification in relevant field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives

Pay

$79,000 - $112,000 annually

Schedule

40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with weekend rotation.
