About the role

We are seeking an Experienced or New Grad Perfusionist to join our team who support 5 surgeons covering 3 hospitals: Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, and Jefferson Abington Hospital. The adult-only caseload averages around 1000+ which includes Valves, CABGs, VADs, IABP, off pump and standby TAVRs, Heart, Liver & Lung Transplants, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Support 5 surgeons covering 3 hospitals: Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, and Jefferson Abington Hospital.
  • Work on a caseload averaging around 1000+ cases including Valves, CABGs, VADs, IABP, off pump and standby TAVRs, Heart, Liver & Lung Transplants, etc.
  • Collaborate with a team of 8 energetic, team-oriented perfusionists and amazing perfusion techs and ECMO specialists.
  • Work in a high-stress environment and be available on call.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited Perfusion training program.
  • Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meet other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
  • Ability to work on call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.

Pay

$25,000 Sign-On Bonus (experienced) or $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (new grad).
