Perfusionist - Shreveport - 30k Sign On Bonus Plus Living Expenses! New Grads Welcome!

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Perfusionist to join our growing team in Shreveport, LA. This position offers a $30K sign-on bonus plus living expenses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a matching 401K plan, student loan repayment assistance, paid parking, and a generous PTO plan.

Responsibilities

• Pump adult cases including CABGs, valve replacements, TAVRs, liver transplants, and no ECMO.
• Support a team of 5 surgeons, pumping around 130-150 cases per year.
• Work closely with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support the hospital’s mission of providing top-quality care through continuous improvement and excellence in clinical performance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Perfusion training program.
• Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meet other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
• Ability to work on call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
