About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Staff Perfusionist to join our team of ten (10) in Fort Worth, TX. Our adults-only caseload covers a wide range of cases, excluding transplants.
Responsibilities
- Supports cardiac surgery teams in operating rooms
- Monitors and manages blood flow during heart surgeries
- Ensures optimal patient outcomes through clinical excellence
- Works on-call schedule with 22% call frequency
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Perfusion training program
- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or must obtain within two years of joining SpecialtyCare
- Ability to work on-call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital
