Chief Perfusionist - Reston, VA - $15k Sign On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Perfusionist to join our team who will support 1 surgeon covering 1 hospital in Reston, VA. The adult-only caseload averages around 125 cases. The caseload is shared with one other perfusionist.

Responsibilities

• Support 1 surgeon covering 1 hospital in Reston, VA
• Work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital
• Participate in more than 100,000 surgeries each year in 45 states, The District of Columbia and Puerto Rico
• Serve more than 350 hospitals and support nearly 600 surgeons
• Provide safer surgery and better outcomes for patients

Requirements

• Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program, minimum required
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
• Five plus years of perfusion experience; previous experience as a Chief Perfusionist preferred
• Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital

Pay

$180,000 - $210,000 / year (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)
