About the role

The Pediatric Perfusionist position at SpecialtyCare in Albuquerque, New Mexico is an exciting opportunity to join a team of six Perfusionists supporting three talented surgeons. The role involves working on a mix of case types and ECMO initiation in the adults-only caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Supports three talented surgeons in the adults-only caseload, which includes a mix of case types and ECMO initiation.
  • Works on call, with the requirement to live within 30 minutes from the hospital.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Perfusion training program, minimum required.
  • Previous Pediatric Perfusion Experience.
  • Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or must obtain within two years of joining SpecialtyCare.
  • Ability to work on call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
