About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and curious digital advertising professional to join our clients marketing team as a Performance Marketing Specialist. This position plays a key role in the execution, optimization, and daily management of paid social and paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lower-funnel ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution across Social Ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Leverage Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to launch new campaigns, refine audiences, adjust budgets, and implement optimizations based on performance trends.
- Maintain account health and monitor pacing, KPIs, and account health across multiple client accounts.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Digital on strategy updates and account performance.
- Support client communications and meetings in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, project, and creative teams.
- Inform internal teams of performance shifts and platform-related needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in paid social & paid search buying.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Ability to manage multiple small-to-mid-sized accounts efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
