Own the day-to-day management of Google acquisition campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategy, audience targeting, and optimization workflows.
Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to maximize efficiency and scale.
Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend.
Launch and manage testing initiatives across targeting, creative, bidding, and campaign structures.

- Experience managing Google acquisition campaigns, with significant experience running Google UAC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and performance marketing.
- Deep familiarity with campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience targeting, attribution, and measurement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and scaling acquisition programs.
