Performance Marketing Consultant (Meta Ads, Google Ads & AI-Powered Growth)

About the role

The AI-Enabled Performance Marketing Consultant will drive profitable revenue growth through Meta and Google advertising platforms, focusing on e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth through Meta and Google advertising.
• Manage Meta Ads including auditing, optimizing campaigns, building audiences, developing retargeting strategies, A/B testing, and daily performance monitoring.
• Manage Google Ads including auditing all campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), improving keyword targeting, Quality Scores, conversion tracking, and scaling profitable campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and harvesting, identifying high-converting and competitor keywords, and developing systematic harvesting and ongoing expansion strategies.
• Use AI tools like Claude AI, ChatGPT, or other advanced AI tools to analyze datasets, identify trends, optimize ad copy, and generate performance recommendations.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
• Analyze and report on spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, providing insights, root causes, opportunities, and action plans weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce brands
• Proven success scaling revenue through paid media
• Strong knowledge of Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Ads, Retargeting, Attribution, Conversion Tracking
• Significant experience using AI to analyze, optimize, and scale accounts
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience managing budgets of $10,000+ per month
• Ability to identify growth opportunities quickly and explain performance to leadership

Preferred Experience

• Wellness, supplements, nutraceuticals, health products, or CPG brands
• Shopify brands, Amazon Attribution, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros
• AI workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make.com)

Communication & Leadership

• Clearly explain account performance in business language
• Translate advertising metrics into financial impact
• Recommend actionable improvements
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings
• Take ownership and accountability for results
