Performance Marketer - Meta & Google Ads (E-commerce Portfolio)
We are an e-commerce group running a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify. This is a long-term, part-time role (20–30 hours per week) with a one- to two-month trial, designed to grow into managing our entire marketing function—including overseeing other team members such as customer support. We prioritize consistent, stable work and a clear career path over short-term engagements.
Our Setup
We run AI-powered systems for reporting, research, and campaign build, reducing administrative tasks and allowing more focus on strategic decisions. We value technically minded individuals who enjoy understanding and improving systems. This role is for a performance marketer by trade—someone who has managed real budgets, made impactful decisions, and owned the outcomes. Our systems support good judgment but do not replace it.
What We Care About
We optimize for profit, not just ROAS or revenue. Key metrics include contribution margin, breakeven ROAS, CAC against real product margin, and campaign profitability after accounting for cost of goods and shipping. If you’ve primarily worked with ROAS targets, you’ll need to enjoy thinking critically about deeper financial outcomes.
