Performance MarketerSkyHouse Agency | In-Office (Austin, Texas) | Entry-Level About UsSkyHouse Agency is a high-performance, data-driven digital advertising agency managing millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels. We specialize in scaling direct-to-consumer brands through structured experimentation, creative velocity, and rigorous performance analysis. Role OverviewWe are hiring Performance Marketers to join our team remotely, from anywhere in the US or Canada. You will own the numbers and the results for your assigned offers. This role is analytical first. You come up with the marketing concepts, get them launched, and then live in the numbers to find what is working, what is broken, and what to iterate next.No experience necessary. We will train you through an 8-week program. We are looking for the best of the best: people who want to learn, drive hard, and make a lot of money. The 8-Week Training ProgramFor the first eight weeks you'll work full-time remotely and do every part of the job yourself, so you understand how it all works:· Write direct-response copy using our copywriting tools.· Create ad images using our AI image tools.· Build landing pages with our page builder.· Upload your own campaigns and run the traffic.· Use our tracking software and read funnel metrics to find where performance is breaking down.· Start using our AI automation tools to make all of this faster and easier. After training, you use our AI tools to write the copy and creative briefs. Our creative and video teams produce the assets and send them back to you for approval. Our media team uploads and manages the campaigns. You own the numbers. You'll Love This Job If...· You are analytical by nature and like finding the answer in the data.· You want to be paid for results, not hours.· You are proactive and hungry to learn.· You enjoy solving problems that don't have obvious answers.· You love taking ownership of outcomes and being accountable for them.· You find human psychology, and what makes people buy, fascinating.· You want to be the starting quarterback on a winning team, not a backup on the bench.· You choose action and hustle over comfort and repetition.· You want to be trained by, and work alongside, a team of ambitious people, from wherever you are. You'll HATE This Job If...· You don't enjoy math, data, or spreadsheets.· You want your weekends off. Saturdays and Sundays are our biggest days, and you will monitor your campaigns over the weekend.· You don't want to be accountable for the results you own.· You need someone looking over your shoulder to stay productive.· You don't like working with AI regularly.· You prefer a compensation structure in which your earnings are disconnected from your performance. Role Responsibilities· Own the numbers and the results for your assigned offers.· Come up with the marketing concepts: the angles, hooks, and ideas to test.· Use our AI tools to write the copy and creative briefs that get those concepts launched.· Direct the creative and video teams, and review everything they produce to make sure it meets our quality standards before it goes live.· Analyze campaign, funnel, and landing-page data every day to see what is working, what is broken, and what to iterate next.· Decide the next move: which campaigns to clone, scale, or cut, which new versions to launch, and what to change on the landing page. Direct the media team to carry it out.· Build and manage a testing roadmap for each offer based on performance data, customer psychology, and business priorities.· Monitor your campaigns daily, including weekends.· Draft weekly performance reports with meaningful insights, KPIs, and recommended actions.· Track all tasks in ClickUp to ensure deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.· Stay current on new tools, trends, and AI, and bring them into your workflow. Role Requirements· Completed bachelor's degree required.· No marketing experience required. We will train you.· You are analytical by nature, strong with numbers, and comfortable making decisions from data.· You are comfortable working in Excel.· You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.· You have high standards and a sharp eye for detail, and you give clear, direct feedback when work doesn't meet them.· You remain dependable under pressure.· You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow and are willing to keep learning new ones.· You are exceptionally responsive. Performance marketing moves quickly, and you do not let important messages, problems, or opportunities sit unanswered.· You can work full-time during the 8-week training program and are based in the US or Canada.· You are available to monitor campaigns and respond to urgent issues on weekends. The Type of Person Who Wins Here· You are a hunter. You want to be the best of the best, not one of the pack.· You demonstrate leadership through ownership, initiative, and the quality of your work.· You want to be the best performer on the team, and you keep raising the standard for everyone around you.· You want to work alongside ambitious people who are committed to winning.· You take ownership of outcomes and do not blame the media team, the creative team, the client, the platform, or the circumstances when something is not working.· You are willing to make difficult decisions, have difficult conversations, and do the hard, uncomfortable, or tedious work necessary to produce an exceptional result.· You understand the deal: when your campaigns are profitable, you make money. If your campaigns are not profitable, no commission is earned.· You actively seek feedback, want to be challenged, and are motivated by continuous improvement. Nice to HaveAny of the following is a plus. None are required:· A degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a similar field.· Internship or work experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or marketing.· Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP or other lookup formulas, dashboards, or analysis of large data exports.· Any hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid-acquisition platforms.· Experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to build simple automations or internal tools.· Familiarity with tracking parameters, pixels, attribution, APIs, or JSON. Performance-Based CompensationThis role pays a base salary plus commission tied to the performance of the campaigns you own. A significant portion of your income, often half or more, comes from commission. This role is designed for someone who wants significant upside and believes that top performers should earn more.
