What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns daily
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
- Test landing pages, ad copy, and offers
- Use AI tools to:
- Generate and test ad variations
- Analyze search terms and customer intent
- Improve conversion rates
- Build reporting and automations
- Experiment with new marketing workflows
- Collaborate with leadership to create the future of AI-powered marketing at Aspen
Must Have
- 2+ years managing Google Ads
- A strong understanding of PPC and lead generation
- Experience with:
- Search campaigns
- Performance Max
- Conversion tracking
- Landing pages
- Analytics
- Data-driven mindset
- Huge plus: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
- Experience building automations or workflows
- Interest in prompt engineering or AI agents
- Loves experimenting and learning
