Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and other relevant campaign types
- Monitor campaign performance and make strategic optimizations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and account audits
- Identify trends in search behavior and proactively adjust campaign strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Analyze campaign data to diagnose performance issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align advertising strategies with client goals and business objectives
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
- Track and report on key performance metrics using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools
- Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign performance, internal processes, and overall client results
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid search campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable presenting campaign performance and recommendations directly to clients
