About the role
Performs routine exams in either an inpatient and/or outpatient setting according to established protocols for positioning, image quality, and radiation safety. May also include assignments to specialty areas such as the Emergency Department (ED), Operating Room (OR), or Fluoroscopy.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes a variety of specialized equipment to produce radiographic and fluoroscopic images, including scanners, power injectors, computers, and software programs to enter patient information into hospital databases.
- Contributes to department excellence through commitment to personal excellence in technical and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ARRT registration (Radiologic Technology)
- RDMS registration (Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
- CCI certificate (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)
- State of New Jersey licensure in Radiology technology
Qualifications
- Requires analytical ability to resolve problems using basic principles and in-depth experience-based knowledge.
- Requires ability to explain clinical, technical, and diagnostic procedures to patients and their families.

Pay
Salary range provided to comply with New Jersey law. Rate of pay determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees (over 20 hours per week) eligible for benefits.
