Production Technician

Job Description

The Production Technician is responsible for performing work on manufacturing product lines as assigned. Lines include but are not limited to the following: filling and capping, edible production, packaging, and pre roll assembly.

Core Responsibilities

• Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
• Set up and operate manual to automatic production lines
• Record all packaging and production activity as directed to ensure all activities are accounted for such as batch processing, cleaning, etc.
• Meet packaging and production goals set
• Responsible for maintaining all equipment used in good working condition
• Report any equipment, product, health, and safety issues to leadership
• Ensure product is packaged and labeled accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Ensure that assigned areas and equipment are clean and always sanitized
• Adequately adhere to all standard operating procedures and the highest standard of compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Education

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain, and maintain, a Facility Agent card in accordance with Arizona State Department of Health Services requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
