Per Diem RN - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Pulmonary Unit, providing comprehensive patient care and assessment. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, collect health data, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate individualized care plans to ensure safe, timely, and effective interventions.Communicate clearly and effectively across various channels with all stakeholders.Provide tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Active nursing license in Illinois.Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
