Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Per Diem - Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Pulmonary Unit, responsible for patient assessment, care coordination, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and gather health data.Develop and coordinate individualized care plans ensuring interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Provide patient and family education tailored to their learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing licensure in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
