Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using nursing knowledge.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and create goals, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and meet patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited RN program and current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certification; NRP within 6 months of hire.
• Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time acute care experience.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
• STABLE certification or completion within six months of employment.
