Seeking a Patient Services Representative Associate to support patient care and administrative needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients, providing logistical support, and guiding them through their appointments
• Collecting and verifying demographic, insurance, and benefits information
• Completing paperwork, explaining costs, collecting payments, and advising on financial assistance
• Resolving claim issues and registration errors, documenting resolutions in electronic records
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting staff as needed
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting team functions with flexibility

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work daytime hours and on a per diem basis, with flexible shifts
• Age 18 or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Revenue cycle or general office experience
• Experience with Epic software

Walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
