About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specialized in ICU or Telemetry for per diem hospital assignments in Halifax, VA.
Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, high-quality care in an acute-care setting
- Assessing and monitoring patients
- Administering medications and treatments
- Managing cardiac rhythms
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate records
- Educating patients and families
Requirements
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past year
- COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be needed based on specific assignments
