Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care based on physician treatment plans
- Assess patient conditions and administer medications
- Assist with procedures and monitor patient progress
- Document observations and develop or support treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and deliver excellent patient and customer service
- Explain procedures to patients and foster trust
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher
- Illinois RN licensure
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift objects over 20 pounds, and handle clinical tasks
Schedule
- Per Diem/PRN (on-call duties)
- Rotating weekends and holidays
