Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior functional expert across Workday and related People Technology applications
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Assess system impact of policy changes and enterprise initiatives
- Recommend and implement Workday best practices to improve maintainability
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday business processes and security components
- Lead medium to large-scale Workday projects and optimization efforts
- Build strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in HRIS or related systems roles
- 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Broad understanding of Workday Core HCM and business processes
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional designs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Workday Pro certifications or equivalent expertise
