About the role

Based in Stamford, the Senior Technology Specialist supports and enhances technology solutions within a well‑established global bank in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology solutions to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support business growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Document system configurations and processes for future reference.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 5‑12 years of L2/L3 IT support experience in a financial services firm.
• Experience in Azure environment.
• Experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IAC (any tooling).
• Experience leveraging any AI platform.

Qualifications

• Azure or SharePoint certifications (preferred).
