We're looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to be the on-the-ground point of contact for our Denver and US-based teams, splitting time between full-cycle recruitment and day-to-day employee support. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants broad, hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee relations, and people operations, working closely with a globally distributed People team. What You’ll Do Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, HR intake interviews, and candidate communicationPartner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and coordinate structured, consistent interview processesBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus or intern channelsSupport offer preparation and coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics, including documentation collection, employment eligibility verification, and orientation schedulingConduct new hire check-ins to support early integration and retentionServe as the first point of contact for routine employee relations questions and people process inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive matters as neededSupport day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollment processing, routine employee questions, and life-event changesMaintain HRIS and ATS data accuracy Take on ad hoc cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in human resources and recruitment; internship or co-op experience in a related field is consideredDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking knowledge of US employment regulations; willingness and curiosity to learn is requiredComfortable handling routine, sensitive employee information with discretion, and clear judgment about when to escalateStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesClear, professional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees, candidates, and leaders at all levelsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms is an assetComfortable working within a globally distributed team and adapting to time zone differences As part of the recruitment process for this position, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information.
