People and Talent Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven People and Talent Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts and help ensure an excellent experience for candidates and new hires. In this hybrid role, you will streamline recruitment operations while actively sourcing passive talent for critical roles. You are a proactive professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy managing highly visible recruiting operations, and take ownership of end-to-end coordination with precision and thoughtful communication. Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process and new hires during onboarding
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, professional networks, and events
- Prepare and process new hire offer letters accurately and timely
- Coordinate interview scheduling across teams and time zones
- Support hiring efforts across domestic and international markets
- Assist in managing the new hire onboarding process from acceptance to start date
- Coordinate onboarding logistics across company teams (HR, IT, Payroll, etc.)
- Track employment changes, including referrals, bonuses, compensation components, and leaves of absence (LOAs), while maintaining accurate and reliable documentation
- Maintain and administer employee records within the Rippling HRIS and ATS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide support as needed throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Assist in facilitating orientation for new hires
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Jira tickets, triaging requests, resolving routine inquiries, and escalating issues as appropriate
- Work closely with the People Manager to oversee the coordination and processing of employment-based visa requests and petitions, maintaining compliance and accurate records
- Support day-to-day People Operations and Talent Coordination initiatives, process improvement efforts, and cross-functional HR projects while providing administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting function: recruiting coordination, recruiter, sourcer, HR operations, or related roles
- Experience sourcing across Engineering, Business/GTM, and AI talent
- Strong data-oriented mindset with proven accuracy and organizational skills
- Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and offer processing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Sourcing
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rippling ATS, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar systems
- Experience in using AI tools in day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
